• Support to IT manager
• Documentation of IT system.
• Provide general office IT support
• Network Monitoring
• Database Systems Reporting
• Raffle Draw Statistics
I. Generating
II. Verification
III. Approval and witnessing
• Server Statistics Reporting
• Bulk SMS send out Execution


QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree of Information Systems Technology or relevant degree.
• High level of proficiency in English is required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Networking and Operation Systems knowledge (Linux, UNIX, Microsoft).
• Data bases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL language knowledge.
• Hardware and Software Installation, Troubleshooting and Repair.
• VPN, VoIP, Asterisk, PBX, Active Directory.
