A successful applicant will meet the following requirements:

1 Ability to fluently speak English;
2 Excellent communication skills;
3 Strong OOP knowledge;
4 Aptitude to think creatively, our tasks are not trivial;
5 Have experience in using and integrating Open Source software;
6 Be able to design and implement a robust, performant and secure system;
7 Have strong knowledge in:
 ASP.NET,
 Web services, Web Services authentication, Security,
 Windows forms,
 Serialization,
 Remoting,
 Networking (TCP,UDP,SSL),
 Client/Server Applications,
 Multithreading,
 Windows services,
 Security (authentication, authorization), Windows Security, ASP.Net security,
 Databases (SQL, MySQL), Ado.Net,
 Scalability;
8 Understand .NET and principles of managed applications;
9 Personal developed projects are required;
10 Team working experience desired;
11 Be able to create technical design documentation based on Software Requirements and also provide technical content to the documentation team for end-user consumption;
12 Drive to create great products in a fast moving agile development environment;
13 Ability to write professional code, following code conventions using XML documentation, comments.
