National Sales and Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for goal achievements for every SKU from JTI portfolio; for merchandising targets established for his department; for JTI SKUs distribution; for POS universe and trade marketing programs implementation;
Develop, plan and monitor strategic goals in order to improve business performance;
Identify, analyze and propose development and improvement opportunities of JTI performing indicators;
Identify, implement and develop, according to assigned resources, alternative methods of market coverage, in order to ensure maximization of benefits for JTI;
Responsible for his department forming, motivation and coordination, in order to maximize team’s contribution and performance;
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times. Professional and enthusiastic appearance;
Evaluate the investments’ profitability on covered universe and undertake necessary measures to maximize benefits.

Minimum requirements:
University Graduate;
3-4 years in Sales, Marketing department in a FMCG company;
2 years of experience in a managerial role;
Fluency in Romanian, English – intermediate level is acceptable, Russian – preferably but not mandatory;
MS Office;
Driver’ license cat. B
