Qualifications and Competencies

- Advanced degree in Law/Economics/ Public Administration/PR/International Relations/Political Science and sector-related areas
- Over 3 years of work experience in public administration
- Proven experience in elaborating/monitoring policies/strategies in one of the above sectors
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in state language, Russian, fluency in English
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer)
- Experience in similar assignments will be considered of substantial advantage
