United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova
is seeking a National Consultant for the elaboration of Joint Annual Review Report on year I of EFA-FTI Grant Implementation and Moldova’s readiness to access EFA-FTI year II financing
Minimum Requirements:
• Knowledge and academic background in the field of education, economics, or management in education;
• At least 10 years professional experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation studies in similar projects;
• Proven analytical and writing skills;
• Knowledge of the Moldovan preschool education system;
• Romanian language skills. English language – an asset.
