Monitoring and Training Specialist

• Higher education in social sciences or in other relevant fields;
• Analytical and reporting skills;
• Experience in project implementation activities;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;

• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to adjust and learn quickly;
• Written and oral proficiency in Romanian, English and Russian.

Assets:
Familiarity with the official correspondence language;
Experience in working and implementing training or/and monitoring activities in at least one similar project;
Experience in working with organizations implementing activities related to HIV/AIDS prevention among vulnerable groups;
