Our Lead Product Manager is searching for a strong mid-level partner who can own product initiatives, define clear requirements, manage releases, and elevate user experience across both the mobile app and internal systems.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow toward full ownership of a product vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile App (primary focus)

Define product requirements, write user stories, and create detailed acceptance criteria for mobile features.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend, and frontend developers to plan and ship high-quality mobile releases.
Improve customer experience by simplifying flows and enhancing conversion across the app.
Work with analytics tools to define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
Oversee release readiness, conduct quality checks, and ensure successful feature adoption.

Internal Systems (CRM / workflows)

Analyze internal workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose measurable improvements.
Translate business needs into requirements for CRM features and support testing before release.
Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure product changes align with internal processes.

Cross-functional responsibilities

Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution in Jira.
Run regular syncs with stakeholders and communicate product updates clearly.
Prepare UAT scenarios, lead bug triage, and ensure release stability.
Make data-driven decisions by combining user insights, analytics, and business context.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in mobile product management.
Ability to convert ideas into clear, testable user stories.
Strong process analysis and workflow optimization skills.
Confident stakeholder communication and alignment.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint coordination, and release management in Jira.
Fluency in Russian and working proficiency in English (B1/B2). Romanian is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM systems or internal tool development.
Basic analytics literacy (SQL, BI tools).
Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, or growth frameworks.
Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS is an advantage.
