Mid Back-End Developer

We’re looking for a mid-level back-end developer who cares about clean code, solid architecture, and shipping reliable services. If you’re passionate about AI and actually use AI tools to work smarter, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain REST APIs used by our web and chat products.
- Design, query, and optimize relational databases.
- Work in a microservice/modular architecture (queues, caching, integrations).
- Integrate with CRMs and external services.
- Write clear, maintainable code and lightweight documentation.

Must-have skills
- Node.js
- Python
- SQL and relational databases
- REST API design and development
- Microservice or modular architecture experience
- RabbitMQ (message queues)
- Redis (caching, rate limiting)

Nice to have
- Flowise
- CRM integrations (HubSpot, amoCRM etc.)
- Curiosity for LLMs/AI agents and using AI tools in daily work
