DevelopmentAid is a leading information provider, specializing in the international development sector. We provide the worlds’ largest consultancy firms, engineering firms, international donors and NGOs with professional information enhancing their ability to deliver value to their customers.
As a Member Support Associate you will have the opportunity to work directly with active DevelopmentAid members to address experts’ needs or problems by assisting them via phone, e-mail or chat. The Associate will also help develop and maintain efficient process and operational protocols for inbound requests/issues from members.
So, what will you actually be doing?
1.Help educate members regarding our website functionality, services available (by ensuring each member had a live presentation)
2.Resolve product and service inquiries (provide information, solve technical issues)
3.Manage and analyze inbound volume by documenting and tracking requests or issues
4.Assist the Director of department in collecting and analyzing members demographics statistics, and other data related to members
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Advanced knowledge of the English language
Superior customer service and work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills; written & oral communication skills
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with others
