Media and Communications Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Media and Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with journalists and media outlets
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Promote strategic communication campaigns and engage with media to advance the mission’s interests
- Prepare press releases and various communication materials
- Monitor media coverage and provide insightful analysis and advice on media matters
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and oversee content publication
- Regularly monitor and analyze media trends and audience engagement

Education and Experience Required:
- Relevant experience in journalism, communications, social media, digital marketing, or related fields
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different target audiences
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and current trends in online communication
- Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian (written and spoken)
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, attention to detail, and openness to teamwork
