Mechanical Design Engineer

MOD Engineering, a multidisciplinary international engineering company based in Chișinău, is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.
You will work on diverse and challenging projects in the field of:
Plant Design including oil and gas processing skids, pulp & paper systems, combustion plants.
Manufacturing Industry - Elaboration of machine and welded structure, conveyors, steel structures and platforms.
What you'll do:

Design new products: Work in alignment with engineering standards and customer specifications.
Create and review technical documents: Produce detailed drawings and specifications for new designs.
Improve existing designs: Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to update and optimize existing solutions.

What we're looking for:

Education: Higher technical education
Experience: 0-2 years junior, 2-5 years medium, +5 senior.
Skills: General 3D/2D modeling and design software knowledge
(AutoCAD / Inventor / SolidWorks / other).
Knowledge: Familiar with technical documentation standards.
Languages: English (minimum B1 level), Romanian, and/or Russian. Italian is a plus.
