Mass Market Customer Care Training Executive

Responsibilities:
# Developing and implementing IVR structure and USSD schemes
# Developing, organizing and delivering training for Customer Care staff
# Monitoring service quality

Required technical skills:
# University degree
# Experience in training delivery (at least one year)
# Experience in customer service (at least one year)
# Strong communication and presentation skills
# Strong analytical skills
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
# Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
