Behavior Education Services Team (B.E.S.T.) is licensed and accredited provider of special education services situated in USA, California is looking for candidates to fill the position of Marketing Specialist.

Main responsibilities:
Develops and implements marketing, targets and strategies to enhance the company reflection on the market
• Communicates and establishes good relations with media & partners, trade chambers, government offices
• Develops and execute media campaigns. Evaluates the results.
• Makes awareness, controls, analyzes and ensures the improvement of provided services
• Evaluates and interprets the market tendencies and business data
• Observes and evaluates the performance of the competitor market
• Informs General Manager about all business related news
• Coordinates communications with the mass media regarding activities of the company;
• Prepares yearly, advertisement and marketing expenses and revenue budgets

Personal requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant work experience in the field of Marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills and good customer focus;
• Perfect organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Creative, proactive, optimistic and committed approach;
• Easy-going person with strong desire to learn new & to achieve perfection in the job;
• Strong knowledge of international development processes;
• Ability to research, analyze and evaluate information from various sources;
• Fluent in English (written & verbal), Spanish will be an advantage
