About the Role
We're seeking an Marketing & Sales Director to lead commercial operations for one of our key clients. This unique position combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales management, and agency-client coordination. You'll be the driving force behind sales growth while serving as the critical bridge between our agency and the client's internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
Create comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Conduct quarterly strategy reviews with client management
Participate in weekly planning and reporting sessions with our CEO
Set and monitor quarterly objectives for Sales & Marketing departments

Sales Management

Build and implement the complete sales process from the ground up.
Lead, coach, and develop the client's sales team through regular training (monthly sessions).
Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
Conduct bi-monthly performance evaluations and progress reviews.
Develop and optimize sales scripts, guides, and support materials.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives, including:

Continuous growth in Used Cars volume
Retention and expansion of OEM and large fleet contracts


Monitor team adherence to sales procedures and best practices.
Continuously assess team skills and create development plans.

Marketing Operations

Collect sales team feedback and relay insights to the agency for campaign optimization
Identify and implement new tools and solutions to enhance process efficiency

Agency-Client Liaison

Maintain physical presence at client headquarters to gather real-time insights
Serve as the primary communication channel between agency and client departments
Coordinate integration of new solutions (CRM, automation tools, AI agents) with third-party providers
Ensure seamless information flow between all stakeholders

Requirements

Essential Experience:

Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and digital advertising platforms
Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch
Background in automotive industry (used cars, dealerships, or fleet management) preferred
