Marketing researcher
Company:
Well known FMCG company
Requirements:
• Beer and RTD brands
• Develop brand positioning and communication strategy, liaise with advertising agency.
• Provide in-depth understanding of consumer insights to address them with adequate product/advertising.
• Manage package design projects.
• Coordinate production cycle for TV commercials and POS materials.
• Organize BTL and PR activities, manage special projects.
• Prepare market research and process research data (AC Nielsen, TNS).
Required knowledge and skills:
• Education: Economical studies, preferably with a degree in marketing.
• Experience: 4-6 years on a similar position, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
• Language skills: Fluent Romanian, English and Russian.
• Computer skills: MS Office.
• Competences:
Marketing Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible, strong team player
