Marketing Research Analyst

A large investment group with participations in a variety of industries opens the vacancy for the position of Marketing Research Analyst.

The Market Research Analyst will be a part of the Group’s Business Development Team and will be principally responsible for making market research reports in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, hospitality and other.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy and good judgment. The position reports to the Head of Development Department.

Job Description
Collect and analyze market data, including industry statistics, competitors, consumers, pricing, etc.
Forecast and track market trends;
Prepare reports on market research findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into comprehensive narrative briefs;
Communicating with business managers from the group to understand the business objectives;
Attend staff meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning market issues;
Collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other consultants.

Requirements
Degree in economics, preferably specialized in marketing;
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
Knowledge of real estate is desirable
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment;
Excellent organizational and project management skills;
Ability to prepare in-depth analyses, conduct research, and prepare reports and proposals;
Strong computer skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Romanian.
Ability to work in fast-moving, flexible environment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
• Primarily 40 hours per week office work
• Attending late evening and weekend meetings as required
• Travel as required
