The ideal candidate:
Minimum Desired Requirements

• A minimum 3-year background in marketing
• Minimum 1-year experience in direct marketing, branding and tasks performing with the goal of direct sales facilitation
• Basic understanding of direct response marketing, branding
[the candidate should at least understand basic “concepts” of direct marketing, brand positioning and brand image building]
• Basic understanding of CRM
• Basic understanding of customers profiling and modeling
• Good internet usage skills
• Basic copywriting abilities, but with very good writing abilities
• Strong disposition towards selling, testing & analysis
• Good written and spoken English skills
• At least basic sales presentation skills
• Management skills and strong communicational skills
• The ability to manage multiple brands and work with multiple brand managers
• Strong dedication to work and work ethics
• Ability to work well under pressure, too
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3 years or more of experience in performing marketing tasks such as Project management, marketing campaign management, media analysis; with proven sales results
• Previous experience in direct marketing, such as telemarketing or direct mail or advertising is advantage
• Preferred previous experience in data base segmentation and analysis
• Excellent understanding of the local media/advertising market, with already existing contacts with the local print houses, production houses, newspapers and magazines
• Excellent sales presentation skills
• Good copywriting skills
• Experience and understanding of the Direct Marketing production/postproduction
Additional Desired Skills and Experience (Best Candidate)
• Basic web design skills (websites, banners)
• Medium/advanced skills in Adobe PhotoShop software

Responsibilities:
The Country Marketing Director is responsible for:
• Overseeing all local marketing activities and projects development
• Making certain that the Studio Moderna marketing strategy and brand image (for each project) is being implemented, which includes working with local brand managers and overseeing their marketing work, as well as providing them with the needed assistance to do their jobs
• Constant analysis and tracking of any changes of the local Market trends and Target group
• Knowledge, understanding and constant tracking of local Legislation regarding DRTV, Advertising, Data Base Private policy
• Realizing the local Marketing business plan and assisting local brand managers in local project business plans realizations
• Managing Studio Moderna brands localization (brand positioning) which may also include copywriting (in Direct mailing, e-mailing, advertising in print, radio), testimonial production, creative (layout design)
• Full local advertising campaign management, tracking and analysis
• Brands target groups analysis and segmentation
• Constant local Call centre monitoring and results analysis
• Constant local Stock monitoring and sales results analysis
• Constant local media trends and local TV Stations and Magazines monitoring and analysis
