for preparing & accomplishing of the DRTV local business plan.
for setting the yearly & monthly goals of DRTV sales.
for new product testing decision, approving the launch plans & performing the test according to approved launch plan.
close cooperation with local brand managers as well as local directors of other sales channel in order to find sinergies & maximize the profit of DRTV sales.
ordering of the goods for DRTV sales.
Finding new ideals on the sales improvements & usage of different sales techniques.
Finding new product combinations within the products’ portfolio in the country.
Preparing weekly reports on DRTV sales (sold data)
Tracking of the competition
Complaints tracking in the cooperation with Customer care department & cooperation with Call-center on daily basis – diagrams, offers, cross sell
Basic analysis of the DRTV sales & ability to understand the concept of media planning & post production.
Active involvement in the weekly meetings with Managing Director & representatives of the brands & sales channels.
All products decisions: premiums, usage of the joint stock
Leading the local DRTV marketing innovation process in order to generate new best practices, which can then be implemented system-wide which also counts for the sales solution &propositions.
Regulary communication with International DRTV department.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Desired Requirements
A minimum 2-year background in marketing or sales
Basic understanding of direct marketing & the DRTV marketing industry
Computer skills
Strong disposition towards testing & analysis
Good written & spoken English, Romanian & Russian skills
At least basic sales presentation skills
Strong communicational skills & management skills
The ability to manage multiple DRTV brands (Kosmodisk, Dormeo, Top Shop) & work with multiple brand managers.
Strong dedication to work & work ethics.
Desired Skills & Experience
Desired & previous experiences in direct marketing, such as telemarketing or direct mail.
Good understanding of the local DRTV/advertising market, with already established contacts with the strongest local TV stations
Excellent sales presentation skills
Sales oriented person with ability to see the big picture of the company
