MARKETING MANAGER
Based in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova
Main tasks:
# Consumer and trade marketing activities;
# Maintain market information analysis;
# Translate consumer & marketing strategies into activity plans, control implementation;
# Establish effective cooperation with Head Office in strategic objectives / priorities alignment and strategic plans development, and with Sales & Distribution teams to ensure excellent execution;
# Build, lead and develop subordinates;
# Manage, translate specific tasks into briefs and ensure effective implementation;
# Control effectiveness of marketing budget spends.
Expectations:
# Education: Higher education in marketing, economics, management preferable;
# Experience: Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in FMCG company (Marketing / Trade Marketing) or advertising agency;
# Language: Fluent Moldovan, English and Russian;
# PC: Advanced PC user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
# Skills: Good knowledge and understanding of Marketing processes, Planning and Analytical skills, Project Management, Trade Marketing specifics. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
# Personal characteristics: people oriented, open-minded, energetic, pushing results, flexible.
