Marketing manager (Kishenev, Moldova)

Our client is one of the leading international FMCG Company, is seeking to recruit a full-time position of Marketing Manager (location Kishenev, Moldova)

Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain market information analysis
- Implement and control trade marketing strategies and plans
- Translate specific tasks into creative, media, BTL brief; cooperate with Commercial function to ensure excellent execution; access results
- Control & optimize the marketing budget
- Develop consumer programs
- Lead and manage subordinates

Main requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, economics, management preferable;
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in FMCG company or advertising agency
- Good knowledge and understanding of Marketing processes, Planning and Analytical skills, Project Management, Trade Marketing specifics
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and Russian
- Advanced PC user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The successful candidate has to have self-management, conflict management and resource management skills, good judgement and commitment to relocate. Experience in a similar role and working in international environment is essential.
