Marketing & HR Specialist

Forsage Logistics is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Marketing & HR Specialist to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who can combine creativity with strong communication and recruiting skills. You’ll play a key role in developing marketing content, building our employer brand, and attracting high-quality drivers and staff to our company.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage marketing and recruiting content for social media, job boards, and digital platforms.
Create engaging visuals, videos, and campaigns that highlight Forsage’s values and work culture.
Manage job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate driver and office staff recruitment.
Work closely with the Safety and Operations departments to ensure consistent company messaging.
Maintain Forsage’s online presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and internal communications.
Track campaign performance and recommend new strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, recruiting, or HR (transportation industry experience is a plus).
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
Ability to create digital content and manage social media pages professionally.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
