Marketing director

HR-Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
MARKETING DIRECTOR.

THE COMPANY:
- A foreign company operating in Retail Trade and Entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, plans and projects, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal;
-Planning concept development and execution of print and media campaigns;
-Conceptualize, activate and execute the Promotion and Events;
-Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results;
-Plan and administer the firm’s marketing operations budget: delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget, direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved;
-Coordinating continuous publicity through advertising, promotions, website in order to enhance the branding and positioning aspects of the company;
-Responsible for the development and implementation of an annual events calendar;
-Establish the purposes of market researches, analyze the result;
-Develop creative considerations for each promo campaigns, develop promotional materials;
-Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
-Direct, oversee and manage the marketing team;
-Represent the company at public events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3 years experience;
-University degree in marketing;
-Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian language is a must;
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and email (Outlook) skills;
-Good communications and presentation skills;
-Problem analysis and problem-solving;
-Good project management skills;
-Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines;
-Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing;
-Must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and influence others;
-Have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment;
-Good attention to detail;
-Availability to travel and work abroad.
