Pedersen & Partners opened an office in Chisinau in 2007. In addition to performing executive search, Pedersen & Partners established the Marketing & Communication internal function in Moldova, to perform tasks for all Pedersen & Partners offices.
Pedersen & Partners is now seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Assistant based in Chisinau office, who will play a key role in offering high level Marketing & Communications support for our global team of Consultants. Pedersen & Partners seeks a full time 09:00-18:00 employee to work from Monday through Friday.
Role:
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in ensuring extended brand awareness and visibility of P&P across on-line, broadcast and printed media;
- Use graphic design programmes to adapt, enhance or alter photos or - create basic images for the web and/or presentations
- Maintain and update P&P database (EDB/CDB) in terms of media contacts;
- Continuous research and related codification of new media sources;
- Perform information research necessary for presentations and articles;
- Support Marketing & Communications Manager in preparing "Marketing start-up" package for new team members;
- Prepare draft biographies for Research Consultants;
- Update networking profiles of the Consultants;
- Update LinkedIn group and Twitter with P&P news;
- Schedule regular talks for Marketing & Communications Manager with the - Consultants;
Organize and coordinate follow up talks with the journalists;
- Track and follow up media coverage: any materials mentioning Pedersen & - Partners online,print and broadcast media
- Monitor stock of marketing materials, ensuring timely distribution among our offices and re-ordering.
Profile:
- communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving, diverse and international working environment;
- Some prior knowledge of photo editing is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset;
- Solid ability to conduct thorough and various research of information;
- Strong attention to details;
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary;
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards;
- Highly international mind-set and understanding of the cultural specifics of various regions;
- Humble, practical, hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties.
