Market analyst

For our client, a multinational company, market leader for more than 80 years in its field of expertise, we are looking for a Market Analyst to join the Global Market Intelligence team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:
- Provide research reports on relevant global market or macro-economic trends utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data;
- Use large database of sales and market-based data from around the world to identify important trends and indicators;
- Prepare and present in Power Point key market trends at the global, regional or country levels;
- Work effectively within the company’s network to bring together inputs and information from various sources and perspectives;
- Transform quantitative data into meaningful visual graphs, charts, tables using Excel databases;
- Takes part in planning and designing IT-tools for outsourcing to IT supplier firms in Europe or abroad.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in International Business, World Economics & International Economic Relations, Trade & Commerce, Marketing and Logistics or similar;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Fluency in English, both oral and written;
- Experience of studying/working/living abroad is a plus;
- Detail oriented, yet able to handle multiple projects and tasks;
- Innovative, dynamic, organized and comfort with analyzing numerical data;
- Willingness to travel up to one month per year.
