HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Market Analyst / Market Intelligence Specialist

The company:
A branch of an international company, supplier of quality products for plant protection.

Responsibilities:
•Based on quantitative economic and market data, create Excel databases which can be used to create error-free PIVOT tables and TABLEAU charts & graphs.
•Utilise both proprietary, purchased and publically-available credible data-sources and information to create qualitative research-reports on major topics.
•Combine data to create PESTEL, 5-Forces, SWOT, BCG Matrix and other types of models & analyses for the purposes of identifying main trends and areas of importance within the external markets.
•Deliver analyses and reports in Word, Excel or Power Point formats in which normal research standards as regards source-citations and the scientific method (thesis, proofs, counter-proofs, summation, recommendations with Executive summary) are automaticly incorporated.
•Constantly keep onself abreadst of key market and competitive trends via reading the provided industry journals and other subscription-service news sources.
•Assist with gathering research-sources and data to assist the analyses of others in the department whether in Moldova or other countries.

Note: All of the above will be in English-language

Qualifications & Experience:
•Master Degree (which requires a major written research thesis as part of the graduation requirments.)
•Graduate level knowledge of macro-economic, business and industrial frameworks and models
•Absolute Fluent English (oral, written, reading comprehension)
•Understands the research and analysis process
•Understanding of the business value-chain/supply-chain from input to end-use sale
•Can differentiate between sound sources of information and unsound sources of information
•Microsoft Office advanced user, Extremely computer literate
•Analytical, Detail Orientated yet able to see Big Picture when required
•Western-culture literacy, Excellent communication skills, deadline focused
•Can work independently and deliver quality wihout micro-management
•Able to work with concept of freedom within limits and individual responsibility for deadlines and quality
