Manager Show Room

CAVIO Interiors - a company specialized in producing and marketing of solid wood furniture, classic style.

Key functions:
- Maintain and arrange the showroom’s interior according to the latest interior design’s trends, ideas and designs news;
- Come up with creative and technical solution that can be applied to achieve a built interior (as for the showroom and for the client’s needs)
- Organize the work of the sales team, achieve agreed sales targets
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team
- Develop internal control procedures.
- Forecast and track market trends
- Provide management with information and proposals concerning design issues
- Maintain and manage the showroom's interior.

Qualification required:

- University degree in areas such as Design and Architecture;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the required sphere;
- Knowledge of the Romanian, English and Russian;
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills;
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel,) database maintenance, graphic design, formatting, and typing.
