Manager recruiter (CDL A Drivers for USA)

Location: Muncești 400/1, Chișinău
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 18:00 – 01:00
Corporate taxi provided by the company

Responsibilities:

Recruiting CDL A drivers for trucking companies in the USA
Conducting phone interviews in Russian and English
Presenting job details and explaining hiring conditions
Managing candidate information and updating CRM
Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process until placement

Requirements:

Fluent Russian; conversational English
Experience in recruiting or sales — advantage
Strong communication skills and confident speaking
Responsibility, discipline, and focus on results

Salary structure:
700 USD fixed + 100 USD per hired driver = high earning potential for driven performers.
