Manager ONG

Candidate profile:
- University degree (Business or Communication University would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication, presentation and social skills (both Romanian and English);
- Prior experience in writing European/NGO Projects and/or experience in NGO is an advantage;
- Team coordination skills and an excellent team player;
- Strong leadership and creativity skills;
- Highly organized, able to establish priorities;
- Outgoing personality and culture-oriented;
- Highly passionate and assertive.

Responsibilities:
- Search for sponsors and partnerships with other NGO’s;
- Identify NGO market opportunities;
- Project management, fundraising and budget management;
- Recruit volunteers and coordinate their activity;
- Initiate and supervise campaigns, help develop lobbying strategies consistent with evolving goals;
- Represent the organization at events, in the media, travels;
- Communication Networking, Partnerships: Ability to communicate organization’s aims internally and externally and plan and carry out strategic marketing and partnership drives. Build further cooperation and rapport with other NGOs, Governmental and inter-governmental organizations;
- Write, manage and successfully implement projects.
