Job Duties:
- Sets the agenda for the team, setting tasks with further review of their execution and keeping deadlines;
- Makes sure that the internal policies and procedures are observed in an appropriate manner;
- Assigns the staff duties in a reasonable manner, tracks the incoming information, observe the compliance with regulations in what task completion and timely works execution are concerned;
- Performs and enforces works scheduling in the department;
- Monitors the prioritization of tasks by staff, when dealing with clients’ tickets;
- Analyzes the department’s operations, ensures consistency in quality assessment and monitoring, and performs capacity reports.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in organizational work in IT (team leader, technical support manager);
- Basic knowledge of system administration similar to nix and Windows systems: web servers apache, nginx, IIS; mail serversexim, qmail, postfix, IIS SMTP; dnsservers bind; ftp servers proftpd,pureftpd, vsftpd, IIS FTP; sqlservers in MySQL, MSSQL;
- Good command of English (written and spoken skills);
- Communication skills, stress resistance, exigency, leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills; - Basic knowledge of human resource management.
