About Us:
Mint Express is a US-based trucking company with operations in Chisinau, active since 2015. We’re now expanding into freight brokerage and looking for a Logistics Sales Specialist to help us launch and scale this new division.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new clients
- Make daily cold/warm calls to build a solid customer base
- Negotiate rates and secure carrier capacity
- Track and manage shipments from A to Z
- Ensure on-time deliveries and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment

We’re Looking For:
- Experience in US logistics/trucking is a must
- Previous work in freight brokerage is a strong plus
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
- Customer service mindset – you care about results
