What We're Looking For:

Strong English skills for speaking and writing (Spanish is a big plus);
Courtesy and politeness in communication;
Good organizational and learning skills;
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.;
Stress resistance and ability to multitask;
Knowledge of safety regulations in the US and/or experience in logistics (optional, training provided);
Responsibility and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities:

Hire drivers and ensure compliance with safety standards;
Monitor and communicate with drivers regarding safety practices;
Keep monthly and quarterly updates and reports;
Refresh and maintain information in the CRM system;
Mediate and document accident cases.
