Logistics Manager

Company:
International company specialized in manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Supervising and motivating the employees. Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
• Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
• Developing business, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
• Prepares and maintains logistics report.
• Performs any other tasks required by the direct superior in accordance with the legal requirements.

Job Requirements:
• University Degree (MK&Logistics or Business Administration);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position;
• Advanced English (written & verbal);
• Advanced computer knowledge;
• Customer orientation;
• Decision making capacity;
• Self-confident;
• Staff development capacity;
• Communication.
