Logbook Specialist

As a Logbook Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for our clients, ensuring compliance, efficiency in trucking operations and maximizing their satisfaction with our platform.
Responsibilities

Promptly assist clients via phone, email, and voicemail
Accurately configure drivers, vehicles and devices
Provide technical support for reports, passwords and accounts
Guide ELD device setup and integration
Communicate updates and enhancements to clients
Educate clients on device functionality and best practices
Address logbook inquiries and gather feedback
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

Experience in the trucking industry as Logbook Specialist
Proficiency in English, Russian and Romanian (B2+)
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, stress resistance and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great team player with a customer service orientation
