We are looking for a motivated Logbook Assistant to join our friendly team in our Chisinau office. If you're organized, eager to learn, and like multitasking, this role is for you!
What We're Looking For:

Good English skills for speaking and writing (Spanish is a big plus);
Stress resistance and willing to work night shifts;
Courtesy and politeness in communication;
Good analytical and learning skills;
Owning a Personal Computer (PC) and basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Maps, Gmail, etc.;
Responsibility and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of logbook regulations and/or experience in logistics in the US market (optional, training provided);

Your Responsibilities:

Monitor and assist drivers;
Verify correct data recording on a specific logbook platform;
Communicate with drivers regarding safety practices;
Keep the reports up to date.
