Romania is an important part of our growth strategy. Consequently, we are now recruiting a number of engineers, DTP specialists, and testers in Bucharest.

Job description:
- Evaluate time and work volume for engineering work
- Analyze software files to identify potential localization problems
- Create translation kits
- Resize and compile localized projects (PC)
- Create localized help and Flash projects
- Install and maintain multilingual operating systems and software packages
- Interact with our US and Romanian engineering departments
- Provide technical support for our personnel
- Interact with our multilingual resources
- Coordinate technical localization tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor in technical field or 2 years of experience in related field
- Good knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Working knowledge of Visual C/C++
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Organized, self-starting, pro-active attitude
- Quality and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team player in a multinational environment

Bonus skills:
- Experience directly related to localization/translation
- Familiarity with translation memory tools
- Familiarity with Flash
- Knowledge of foreign language(s) other than English
- Familiarity with UNIX type of operating systems (Linux, SunOS)
