LOAN OFFICER / PROJECT OFFICER

Job location: Chisinau.

Job Description:
- To identify and evaluate potential loan partners;
- To draft short presentations/project proposals of potential clients;
- To assist clients in preparation of business plans;
- To communicate with clients and to regularly monitor the assigned portfolio;
- To work in co-operation with the Country Manager and to report to the Country Manager and/or to the Regional Director;
- To support network development and to inform potential partners on Oikocredit’s criteria and conditions.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Economics/Finance;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience;
- Experience of working in a similar position in a financial institution or a bank is an advantage;
- Good financial or operational analysis skills;
- Strong acquisition skills and extensive network in agriculture and agricultural SMEs;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet);
- Good spoken and written English;
- Well organized person, team worker, capable to work under pressure, good communication skills
- Availability to travel throughout the country;
- B Driving license.
