JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loan Management: Oversee the processing of mortgage payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Customer Service: Respond to borrower inquiries regarding loan status, payment processing, and account information, providing detailed assistance as needed.
Compliance: Ensure that all loan servicing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan servicing activities, conducting regular audits of loan files.
Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving borrower issues and concerns, collaborating with other departments as necessary to facilitate solutions.
Monitoring: Track loan performance and initiate foreclosure proceedings if necessary, while maintaining communication with affected borrowers.
