Linux system administrator

We are looking out for a system administrator purely on Linux. Here is the list of expected skills and qualifications on Linux for Linux Support Personnel:

1] Minimum experience of working on linux for 2 years as a system administrator alone.

2] Must have implemented solutions on at least Debian or Ubuntu. Experience with other distributions is an added advantage.

3] Sound knowledge of TCP IP networking, OS internals including tuning the OS etc. Particularly security and backup related issues.

4] Should have implemented http/https sites on Linux using Apache Web Server and PHP. Should also understand security implications when setting up web servers.

5] Should have worked in compiling packages from source and installing and configuring them.

6] Sould be able to setup samba, NFS, FTP, ssh, DHCP, SMTP, cron jobs etc efficiently and on-the-fly directly using config files and without using GUI tools for management.

7] Linux firewalling knowledge is a must.
