We are a Hague-accredited, licensed adoption and humanitarian aid agency looking for a trustworthy individual who is fluent in English, to help us part time on an adoption program to help Moldovan orphans. Our goal is to help orphans find homes where they can thrive and be happy. It’s important to us to have a trustworthy, ethical partner who has the children’s best interests at heart in order to have an effective international adoption program in Moldova.
The job description currently is to help us become accredited directly by the Moldovan government to coordinate intercountry adoptions in Moldova, and later to help with the administrative processes in each adoption case. We need someone who is extremely professional that can be our on-site liaison to the government. Part of the job is translating confidential adoption dossiers, and our application to be approved to work in Moldova. We also need someone who will have a slightly flexible schedule to work on the adoption cases once we are approved by the government.
The person we are looking for will also one day be responsible for guiding adoptive families in Moldova when they come to visit for adoption-purposes. We need someone who is willing to do some initial investigation for us as part of their interview process, and once this is complete, specific long-term responsibilities and pay rate will be determined.
Send an e-mail containing:
- CV in English + a photo of yourself
- A letter of intent written in English where you must tell us why you would like the job and what qualities you have that will make you the ideal candidate.
