LEGAL CONSULTANT

Main tasks:
•Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
•Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
•Advise clients on legal transactions
•Develop and review of contract templates
•Perform Legal opinions on different legal issues;
•Court representation

Requirements for candidate:
•University degree
•English-advanced, Italian- advantage
•2-3 years Work experience in law sector
•Extensive knowledge of business law and corporate practices
