- Advanced level of one of the following languages: English / French / Italian / Spanish / German, both written/spoken
- Computer knowledge ( Email, e-Browsers, Skype, Office apps)
- Good computer and internet skills is a must
- Always to be on top of Customer's needs and requirements
- Self -motivated, wide thinking, responsible, able to resist under stress
- Passionate about Travel, Holiday, Hotels, Europe
