Fortus Group is currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conducting Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls, aiming to make a minimum of 150 calls per day to potential clients and prospects.
Email Outreach: Develop and execute effective email outreach campaigns to engage with new prospects. Craft compelling messages and follow-up communications to nurture leads.
Market Research: Identify and research potential leads in an unsaturated market, staying ahead of industry trends and changes. Utilize market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their potential as viable prospects based on established criteria.
Promoting the company: Breake through the noise, differentiating Fortus' value proposition, and engaging prospective clients.
Creating your personal portfolio of clients: Build strong client relationships, identifying supply chain priorities, and developing proactive solutions for clients needs.
What skills we are looking for:
Ability to provide exceptional client service
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
Strong desire to succeed and be able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of American Trucking Market is an asset
Positive attitude and remarkable perseverance
Experience
Sales or Logistics experience will be an asset in the selection of the candidate.
