HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Laboratory Specialist for Testing Cables.
Company Overview: International production company that has recently opened within cables industry, located in a region on Moldova.

Laboratory Specialist for Testing Cables

Job summary: a result driven, professional, detail oriented Laboratory Specialist that has previous experience within industrial PLC and other electronic equipment. Will be subordinated directly to the Plant Production Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will ensure preparation of Quality assurance plan / Inspection and test plan to ensure that sample evaluation complies with the relevant standards and meets the required targets
• Ensure safe operation of the facility and personnel at all times. Any potential safety problems to be highlighted immediately
• Daily checklists to be followed to ensure ageing protocols are adhered to. e.g. water levels, voltage outages, temperature fluctuations
• Participate in product development activities including extrusion trials and testing on materials
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good order to minimize any possible downtime. Equipment to have a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule. All down time to be recorded

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Electrical Engineering graduate, knowledge on electrical, mechanical and thermal testing of low & medium voltage cables according to international standard
• Knowledge and experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Motion Controller Programming
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English- at least intermediate
• Proficient PC user (especially Microsoft)
• Ability to work on Saturdays if needed, 40 hours per week
