Work directions:
- Monitoring of servers and network devices.
- Support of customers and company end users.
- Support of OSs and installed software.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Backup and recovery of data.

Ideal candidate:
- Good English language knowledge.
- "Can do" attitude.
- Self-motivated.
- Responsible.

Knowledge required:
- Basic Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Linux.
- Networks basics (OSI and TCP/IP models).
- Basic troubleshooting hardware issues (computers, network devices, printers, other peripherals).
