European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor funded sector. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors, consultancy companies as well as NGO’s with operations in developing countries.

We currently employ over a dozen people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for Junior Recruiters.

The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.


Main responsibilities include:
 Conducting searches (including database / internet search)
 Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
 Negotiating with experts (by e-mail and phone)
 Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format

General qualifications required:
 University degree
 Excellent English, both spoken and written is a must
 Good computer literacy (MS Office, internet searching)
 Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
