Junior Recruiter

ICG Inc is looking for a Junior Recruiter


ICG Inc specializes in the recruitment of international development professionals. We work for consultancy firms, NGO's, bilateral and multi-lateral donors. Our clients operate world-wide.

We currently employ four people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for a new Junior Recruiter with the following qualifications:


- University degree (completed, or near completion)

- Excellent French and good English, both spoken and written

- Good computer literacy

- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.


The character of our new colleague:

- Well organized, able to work with multiple deadlines in a stressful environment

- Assertive

- Inquisitive, willing to learn


The person would be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (minimum 40 hours per week, during regular office hours).

A French and English language proficiency test is an integral part of the selection procedure.
