US Software Solutions is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers while leading a team to ensure smooth hiring operations across the USA.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements;
Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and internal platforms;
Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking;
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings;
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics;
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR (preferred);
Excellent verbal and written English skills;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
