Junior Recruiter

ICG Inc specializes in the recruitment of international experts worldwide. We work for consultancy firms, bilateral and multi-lateral donors.

We currently employ ten people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for a new Junior Recruiter.

The person would be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time.

Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting searches (including database / internet search)
- Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
- Negotiating with experts (by e-mail and phone)
- Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format

General qualifications required:
- University degree
- Excellent English, both spoken and written is a must
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, internet searching)
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
