Junior recruiter positions in Moldova

European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor funded sector. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors, consultancy companies as well as NGO’s with operations in developing countries.
We currently employ over a dozen people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for Recruiters.
The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.
Main responsibilities include:
• Communicating with clients on their needs
• Conducting and guiding searches (including database / internet search)
• Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
• Negotiating with candidates (by e-mail and phone)
• Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format
General qualifications required:
• University degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant domain (HR, Sales, international business, international development projects)
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written!) is a must
• Good computer literacy
• Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
