Junior Perl developer (graduates accepted too)

A progressive and enthusiastic newly established IT company based in Chisinau and linked to UK is searching for a technically educated graduate to be prepared as a "Junior Perl Developer":

Requirements:
- IT degree from an university (not 100% necessary, but a big plus)
- good overall understanding of IT and progamming
- knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- ability to solve formally algorithmic problems
- good knowledge of OOP foundation
- knowledge ow how web works is a plus
- experience of working in a Linux environment is a plus
- ability to learn fast new things
- dedication to what is done
- good technical English
